He is the author of the biography, Commander Will Cushing, Daredevil Hero of the Civil War, and two novels, The Coup and Mr. Stupid Goes to Washington.  Most recently he served as Senior Speechwriter for Gov. Andrew Cuomo. He and his family live in Clifton Park
